Vintage Park and Pollard Feed + Waxed Canvas Messenger Bag

Constructed from a rare, vintage 1940/50's Park & Pollard feed sack & brown waxed canvas fabric, this messenger bag is such a fun size! Not too large, but big enough for small tablets, a Bible, sketchbook & other daily necessities.

FEATURES:
Outer: Authentic vintage Park & Pollard feed sack
10oz brown waxed canvas fabric
Back features a fully lined zipper pocket
Interior: Lined with mattress weight blue ticking fabric + properly interfaced for structure & durability
Large slip pocket made from an early 1900's grain sack
Two (2) magnetic closures secure the flap of the bag
Shoulder strap made from genuine leather & antique brass hardware. Shoulder strap adjusts from approx. 38" up to 50"

MEASUREMENTS: 
~ Measures approx. 12" wide x 8 1/2" tall
~ 1 3/4" gusseted bottom
 
Made with great care and attention to detail in my studio ~ all my bags feature double sewn seams, all materials properly interfaced to add strength & durability, and quality hardware is used.

**I take extra care to handwash and clean all of the vintage sacks used. There may be a stain, spot, or imperfection, which comes with the age of the material and its years on a farm or in a barn & only adds to the character. Any frays, tiny holes, etc. are repaired both inside & outside.
