Shipping policy

Please refer to your tracking number, as this is the only info we have regarding the whereabouts of your package once it's been shipped.

If by chance your tracking info says that your package was delivered and you believe you didn't receive it, please contact your local post office. Once the item has shipped & in the possession of the USPS, we only have the same information as you ~ from the tracking number.

We are not responsible for shipping delays, damaged or lost, or returned packages due to incorrect addresses (in such case, buyer is responsible for second shipping costs). All free shipping items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
